Gibbs Pool and Turner P.C. Attorneys Welcomes Associate Daniel F. Wagner III

 

​JEFFERSON CITY, MO - September 13, 2023 - Gibbs Pool and Turner P.C. Attorneys is pleased to announce the newest addition to their legal team, Associate Attorney Daniel F. Wagner III. 

​

Daniel concentrates his practice in the areas of Real Estate Law, Contracts, Business Transactions, General Corporate Law, and Estates and Trusts. Prior to joining Gibbs Pool and Turner PC, he served as In-House Counsel at a national commercial real estate company in Missouri, where his focus was on retail and office leasing.

​

Daniel obtained his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Law, graduating in 2018. While in law school, he was honored with the Henry T. Lowe Scholarship Endowment in Tax Law, was a member of the Tax and Transactional Law Society, participated in the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance program, and earned a Concentration in Tax with Honors, with a particular emphasis on Estate Planning.

Before embarking on his legal career, Daniel spent two years playing college golf at Spring Hill College in Mobile, Alabama, during which he was recognized with a spot on the Southern States Athletic Conference Men’s Golf All-Academic team in his sophomore year. He later transferred to Saint Louis University, where he received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree, focusing on Accounting, in 2014.

Born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri, Daniel has called Columbia, Missouri, home since 2015. Outside of his professional pursuits, he values time spent with family and friends, enjoys golf, and passionately supports the Cardinals, Blues, Chiefs, and Mizzou.
