Adam’s practice primarily involves investigating cases and defending clients in various types of complex litigation- largely in the areas of wrongful death and medical malpractice cases but also in business litigation, landlord-tenant, employment discrimination and criminal defense. In representing his clients, Adam utilizes his experience in legal, business, and medical matters to analyze records and expert opinions for depositions, mediations, final hearings and both civil and criminal trials

 

After law school, Adam worked in private practice focusing on highway tort litigation, civil plaintiffs’ work and criminal law. He continued to practice while also owning and operating his own business while being involved with others. Adam has also spent several years with the Missouri Public Defender’s Office, defending clients from criminal charges ranging from misdemeanors to high-level felonies such as murder and assault. Adam also currently serves as a member of the Jefferson City Board of Adjustment.

 

Adam was born and raised in Mid-Missouri, living in California and Columbia. He received his undergraduate degree in Health Promotion and Wellness from Missouri Southern State College. After graduating, Adam moved to Michigan and attended Thomas Cooley Law School, graduating in 2007. In his personal life, Adam enjoys golf and the outdoors and is an avid Missouri sports fan.
